Human-Centered Tech for Human-Centered Healthcare

Finally, a platform built to answer, “What happens now?”

Fragmented discharges trap thousands of patients in acute beds every day at ~$2,800/day, causing negative impacts on them as well as the hospital’s capacity, margins, and staff.

If spending more on Epic would solve this, it would be solved by now.

Talamel Health Technologies connect care beyond the hospital door.  It will take collaboration across the entire care continuum — hospitals, post-acute providers, payors, and patient advocates — to make every transition seamless, every provider connected, and every patient’s voice heard.

Why Talamel Health Technologies?

Why Talamel Health Technologies?

We are uniquely positioned to develop this platform and introduce it to hospitals who are ready to save money while improving patient satisfaction scores.

Solid Track Record

Our leaders have successfully led some of the most complex interoperability, workflow, and data integration initiatives in healthcare — at large health systems and payors to emerging innovators.

Effective Solutions

Hospitals use Talamel Health Technologies’ solutions to open beds sooner, reduce discharge bottlenecks, and improve post-acute follow-through, without adding more complexity to Epic.

Built for Hospitals

Unlike generic care coordination tools, Dina is the digital navigation assistant built specifically for hospital discharge workflows, connecting case managers, post-acute providers, and patients in one navigation layeronline environment.

Designed for Flexibility and Security

We offer a low-risk entry point for every hospital with the opportunity to increase capabilities and value as financial and IT capacity expands. Hospitals will see immediate bed-day savings without involving any PHI or the IT department. Although not required, we are pursuing HIPAA and SOC2 certification to ensure security.

Commitment to Collaboration

From the beginning, we asked people in the field, working with patients every day, to advise us on how to make our solutions effective on day 1. Healthcare teams do not need another shiny new tool that is difficult to learn and use. They need to easily integrate a new solution into their busy days and see the impact right away. That’s what our discharge navigation assistant, Dina, does.

Commitment to Human-Centered Care

Our work is grounded in empathy, transparency, and measurable progress. Our collaborators share the belief that technology should amplify — not replace — the human relationships that define great care.

Technology cannot be a negative word for healthcare. The appropriate application of technology solves real problems to improve patient care. That’s what we mean by human-centered tech for human-centered healthcare.
