As Head of Clinical AI Strategy, he ensures AI is grounded in real clinical work — translating how care is actually delivered into technology that supports clinicians, reduces burden, and improves patient outcomes without losing the human core of care.

Jim brings deep experience designing and operating cloud-scale systems across healthcare technology, with extensive hands-on expertise using Amazon Web Services at multiple companies. Formerly Chief Architect at Jiseki Health, he now leads Dina’s technology strategy — building secure, resilient, and scalable platforms that enable innovation, earn trust, and make connected care work in the real world.
